Woningtaxatie Zaanstad is an independent company that appraises homes for private individuals, mortgage providers and housing corporations. The owner of the company is Edwin Sinke and he works as a Registered Valuer in the Zaanstreek and is registered with the NRVT (Dutch Register of Real Estate Valuers).

Woningtaxatie Zaanstad is independent: we are not a buying or selling agent, do not provide mortgage advice and do not sell insurance. In addition, we only provide validated valuation reports by the NWWI (Dutch Property Valuation Institute) that are accepted by all mortgage providers in the Netherlands.

We can switch quickly, are reliable and keep to agreements. If you need a thorough and independent valuation report, you can often contact us quickly.
